Ordering

Orders can be placed online, by email, by fax or by phone.

Web orders can be placed 24/7/365. Email and fax orders can be sent anytime but will be processed during your local distributor’s operating hours which are typically 8AM – 5PM local time.

Please contact your local sales or customer service representative.

You will be invoiced based on terms established with the local distributor.

Website Orders

Click the tab on our homepage marked Order Online and click the Request Account button on the far right hand side of the page.

Email us at SAadmin@supplyamericaonline.com please provide user name or location information and your login credentials will be sent back to you via email.

Delivery

No, orders of any size will be accepted however, freight charges will apply. All factory direct items are subject to manufacturer’s policies regarding minimum order size and case pack requirements, additional charges may apply.

Methods of transportation used for our programs include; UPS, Common Carrier and Distributor truck.

Most stock orders are delivered within 1-3 business days depending on your proximity to your local distributor. Factory Direct orders are placed with the manufacturer within 24 hours of receipt and will be shipped direct to your location pending availability. Typical lead time for an in stock factory direct item is 7-14 business days.

Returns:

Please contact your local distributor representative for specific return policy.

Warranty – Service:

On the contacts page of our website please click on the map section for the location needing service, our local distributor will be able to put you in touch with both the manufacturer and the local service agency any product needing service.
